Program Booklet: layout design and printing
- Quantity: 400
- Size: 11x17” folded into 8.5x11”
- 40 sheets (stapled in middle for roughly 80-page booklet)
- Paper weight: newsprint inside, cover 80# gloss
- Full color on cover sheet only, inside is black and white
- Bleeds: cover only
- Design of 10-15 half and full-page ads for sponsors
Cover image will be provided and layout design to follow from that aesthetic.
Invitation: Printing 1800 Invitation sets and subsequent mail production for 1700 invitations
- Invitation card:
o Quantity: 1800 printed and 1700 mailed
o Paper weight: 80#/216GSM Card Stock
o Size: 8.5x11” folded in half to 5.5x8.5”
o Full color, bleeds, UV gloss coating
- A7 Outer Envelope
o Printing in one color on one side
- RSVP Card:
o Size: 4.25x6”
o Paper weight: 110# Index/200GSM
o Full color and bleed on one side, one color no bleed on reverse
- A6 RSVP Envelope;
o Printing in one color on one side
Designs will be supplied by AANM
Determination Process
Winning proposals will be determined by the following graded criteria (a total of 100 points):
- Cost (50 points)
- *Quality of Sample (25 points)
- Proposal quality (25 Points)
